10:00 registration of participants starts on the launch site
11:00 end of participant registration
12:30 briefing - announcement of the task, and launching sequence, weather, etc.
13:00 Opening of the take off window
17:00 closing of the take off window
18:30 closing of the goal window
20:00 dinner
21:00 deadline for result submission
